Logix Platform December 2023 release
A waybill surcharge is an additional fee or charge applied to a shipment when certain conditions or circumstances are met. In LogixPlatform you could be able to define surcharges and add them to the waybill.
These surcharges could be automatically added to the waybill when specific conditions are met like Overweight or Overdimension surcharge. You can also define surcharges that will manually add to the waybill.
Go to Administration >> Click on charge type >> Click on the surcharge tab as shown in the below screenshot.
All created surcharges will be listed.
To add a new surcharge, click on +Surcharge. You need to add details related to code, Name and surcharge type then click on Create.
To apply these surcharges, follow these steps:
Open the waybill creation form.
Manually apply the surcharges that you want to include.
Only the manual surcharges will be visible in the form.
Additionally, there are automatic surcharges that will be applied automatically based on the configuration. These automatic surcharges will not appear in the waybill creation form, as they are applied automatically in the background.
