Ocean Shipment

Overview:

We are excited to announce the introduction of our new Ocean Shipment Booking feature within LogixPlatform software. This feature aims to streamline the process of booking ocean shipments, providing users with an efficient and user-friendly experience.

Key Features

  • Sea Port Master creation(New Organization main sea port list is default created)
  • Internal Shipment creation Import and Export.
  • Import and Export Document Management through Document submodule.
  • Incoterm Master for International Shipment (Once new organisation created then default list is auto created)
  • Invoicing.

Navigate to the FreightNX module

Select Shipment submodule .

All the existing shipments will be visible.

Click on Shipments. You can select shipment type as international and Booking mode Ocean.

Enter all the necessary information. Click on save.

Create the Sea Port and Import, export documents label.

Now go to the Master data module then select Seaport.

Enter the Code, Name, and local name of the seaport. Click on Create.

Click on the Document submodule in the master data. You can add the code, name and document type of document. Click on create.

You can check, Upload, and download the documents related to Export and import in the waybill details page under the document label.
