Overview
The Notification Workflow feature in LogixPlatform automates the process of sending customer statements via email based on a defined schedule. This ensures that your customers receive their statements regularly without manual intervention.
Key Features
Automated Email Notifications: Customer statements are automatically emailed to the designated customer email address.
Configurable Frequency: Choose from weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly frequencies for sending statements.
Scheduled Execution: A scheduler runs every 4 hours and sends out emails based on the configured schedule.
Setting Up Auto Email Notification:
Navigate to contract>> Click on customer contract In the contract management setting page select "Email Statement Report" for setting the notification type.
Set Execution Frequency: Choose the desired frequency for sending statements:
Weekly: Statements are sent every Monday.
Bi-Weekly: If the current date is less than the 15th of the month, the execution date is set to the 16th. If the current date is greater than the 15th, the next execution date is the 1st of the following month.
Monthly: Statements are sent on the 1st of every month. Examples Weekly Frequency: Weekly Execution Day: Every Monday Bi-Weekly Frequency: Bi-Weekly Execution Dates: If today’s date is less than the 15th: The statement is sent on the 16th. If today’s date is greater than the 15th: The statement is sent on the 1st of the following month. Monthly Frequency: Monthly Execution Date: The statement is sent on the 1st of every month.
