Remote Location Rate Matrix

The Logix platform introduces the Remote Location Rate Matrix which operates on a contractual basis determined by location, zip code and distance. This Remote location Rate Matrix includes the following features.

Remote location Master

Remote location Rate Matrix

An auto-created surcharge in the system

Association of remote location rate matrix in the customer contract

Application of auto-created surcharge in the waybill creation

 Remote location master

Login into Logix Platform -> Click on master data -> Click on Remote location master.

You can create the remote location master by using the upload tab. you can easily generate the Remote Location Master with the upload option. A sample sheet is also provided in the upload popup for your convenience.

 Remote location rate matrix

 Remote Location Rate Matrix serves as a sub-contract integrated into customer contracts. You can link the Remote Location Rate Matrix to the customer contract. After the creation of the Remote Location Rate Matrix, the system will automatically generate the corresponding remote location surcharge.

Go to contract -> Click on Remote Location Rate Matrix

You will be able to create the remote location rate matrix by click on the +Rate matrix button.

Enter all the required details.

Click on create.

You can search the details related to a particular remote location with this filter tab as shown in the screenshot below.

Enter the required information.

Application in Contract

Navigate to contract >> click on customer contract.

In the contract settings screen, you will find the Remote location rate matrix. Select the remote location rate matrix from the drop-down list then click on update.

When you click on update, the remote location rate matrix will be configured into the system.

Application on the waybill creation screen when creating a waybill and computing the charges, the system will automatically apply the remote location surcharge according to the configured contracts.
