Special Services are additional services that incur extra charges when added to a waybill. You have the option to apply one or multiple special services to their waybills. These special services come with specific fees that will be in addition to the charges for the standard services applied to the waybill.
Go to Administration >> Click on Services >> Click on the special Services tab.
Already created services will be listed.
Special Service is visible on the right side of the screen. Click on it to initiate the creation of a new special service.
.A form will appear you will provide all the required details for the new special service. Fill in all the necessary information such as the Service code, Name, Charge based On, Rate and Description details.
Once you have entered all the required details, Click on "Create" button to finalise the creation of the new special service.
After clicking a Create button the system should process your request and create the new special service successfully. You may receive a confirmation message or notification indicating that the special service has been created..
