Logix Platform August 2024 release
We have introduced a new feature in the user management module that allows you to configure driver allocations based on specific criteria. To access this feature, follow these steps:
Navigate to Settings: Go to the Settings module of LogixPlatform .
Select User Management submodule.
Now, you can configure how drivers are assigned deliveries using the following criteria: Allocated by Shipment: Assign drivers based on the number or volume of shipments. Allocated by COD (Cash on Delivery): Assign drivers based on the total cash on delivery amount. Let's consider an example to clarify how this works:
Setting COD Limit:
Suppose you set a COD collection limit of 2000 units (currency). This means that drivers will be assigned deliveries with COD amounts up to 2000 units. Automatic Assignment: When assigning (DRS) to drivers, the system will automatically match the available allocations against the settings you've configured. Driver Configuration field only visible when user access is web+mobile or mobile. This is not visible in case of web.
