Overview
We are pleased to introduce a new feature in LogixPlatform that enhances the customization and management of customer access. You can now assign specific submodules to individual customers, giving you greater control over what each customer can access.
Steps to Assign Submodules:
Login to LogixPlatform >> Navigate to the LogixPlatform admin portal.
Enter your credentials to log in: Navigate to Master Data>>Select the Customer in master data.
Choose the customer and click on +Portal Account.
You can assign submodules that you want to give the access to your customers.
In the customer portal, only the modules assigned to the customer by the admin are visible. On the customer portal dashboard, customers will see only the modules that the admin has assigned to them.
