Tracking Screen

Now you can track your packages with a real time shipment tracking tool. Now you can enjoy the benefits of tracking all your shipments on a single screen. It secures your shipment and supports tracking across the world and you can have on-time deliveries.

Types Of Status visible in each tab:

  1. Data Received - All waybills for which data is received from API or which are created by merchant/customer from Portal.

  2. In Stock - Waybills which are there in your warehouse stock as either they are not dispatched or undelivered.

  3. Out For Delivery - Waybills that are still with your courier and are yet to be delivered.

  4. Return - Waybills which are updated as to be Returned to Origin.

  5. All - All waybills which are managed in the system.

Against every Waybill you now have shortcuts to Add Notes, Send Email, Edit Waybill, Upload Artifact, Waybill Print & Package Sticker Print Options. These Shortcut Links have been revamped for easier navigation.

  1. You could also perform common actions in Bulk like Update Waybill Status; Add History; Create DRS & Dispatch.

  2. Waybill Status - the status of your shipment can be directly updated by selecting a particular waybill. Select multiple waybills and use the button from the Action Bar to perform the update.

  3. Tracking History - Add Tracking Event to the waybill tracking history. The tracking history will be visible to you and your customer.

  4. Dispatch - In Dispatch Dashboard module, Outbound & Inbound options are available where the user can do the outbound and inbound operation in a single screen.

  5. Delivery - Here you can assign the Delivery Run sheet to your courrier and marked the shipment out for delivery
