If notification workflow is created to send SMS, to check SMS is sent or not, no need to go to the SMS service provider portal to check SMS or not. You can check it now on ERP.
We have added a new feature in tracking Add Notes which you can see at the right side. If waybill is on hold, you can easily share information with the consignor / client. Enter notes in the blank box, then add mail id, you can send email on one or more mail ids.
