A new module allowing you to configure your delivery workflow. Now you will be able to configure the delivery process for Mobile & Web.
Activate OTP (One-Time Password) based delivery. Consignees will be receiving OTP in SMS as the waybill is added to the DRS. Consignee needs to share the OTP with the courier so courier could update the delivery.
Define your delivery time-slots. Consignee will be able to select these time-slots while rescheduling the delivery.
Customise the design of the tracking page which is sent to consignee in SMS. You could define the color theme of the page and activate or remove any feature visibility
Select the type of POD MATRIX app should capture while delivery.
