This service used to transport goods or items from one location to another, encompassing the process of collecting the items from a specified origin and delivering them to a designated destination.
1- Login: Login in the Logix platform using your credentials.
2- Navigate to “Pickup”
3- Click on “Pick and Delivery”, a new page will open. Press on the “Pick and Delivery” button at the right side of the page to create your order.
Client
Start by choosing your client's code from the dropdown menu. This code is for the client for whom you wish to create the pickup request.
Pickup Address
Enter the required information for the pickup address. Mandatory fields will be shown with a yellow exclamation mark, as in the screenshot below.
Pickup Schedule
Schedule the available time and date from the drop down menu to pick up your goods. You can also add comments in the special instruction field.
Custom status
Choose the status of your pickup from the dropdown menu.
Or you can create a new status by clicking on the green plus. Enter the new status that you would like to add and click on “Create”.
Assign Pick up
Choose whom you want to pick your order. Whether it’s a person or a vehicle.
Communication
Select your preferred notification method for updates on your pickup request. You have two options: SMS or Email.
